The Channel Partner Deployment Team for MSPs, VARs & Integrators.
Your Clients Need Boots on the Ground. SRS Is Your Field Team.
SRS Networks is the nationwide deployment partner for MSPs, VARs, IT consultancies, and general contractors. We execute structured cabling, fiber, wireless, rack and stack, and network infrastructure projects under your brand, in the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii, tracked in real time.
Bring a defined customer outcome to the field team
Share the customer-approved site list, equipment schedule, installation boundaries, and promised delivery dates. Identify which decisions stay with your account team and which the field lead can resolve on site. An approved design and a documented escalation path make dispatch repeatable across locations.
- Scope: work packages, quantities, exclusions, and site dependencies.
- Budget drivers: access windows, travel, staging, changes, and testing.
- Acceptance: test results, labels, photos, exceptions, and sign-off owner.
- Escalation: technical decisions, customer communications, and rollback.
Prepare the site-survey inputs, review bid-comparison criteria, and confirm the field-service scope.

SRS Networks is a nationwide IT infrastructure deployment firm headquartered in South San Francisco, California, serving channel partners and enterprise clients across the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii since 1996. Channel partners use SRS Networks as a licensed, insured, white-label field team — delivering structured cabling, fiber, wireless, rack and stack, and network infrastructure execution without the overhead of building their own national delivery arm.
Your client's vertical is one we have already deployed in. Across 900+ programs since 1996 that includes 300+ retail locations, 150+ bank branches, 80+ healthcare facilities, 90+ restaurant locations, and 45+ plants and warehouses — under partner brands as often as our own. Ask for anonymized references under NDA; we do not publish client names.

Built for the Partners Who Run Real Programs
Four partner profiles cover the majority of our channel work. If your model fits one of these, we have a tier for you. Helping a client compare procurement formats? Send them our RFP vs. RFQ vs. RFI primer.
Managed Service Providers
Your clients need cabling pulled, racks built, and sites turned up across markets where your techs don't travel. SRS is your field team under your brand.

Infrastructure-first. Everything below is core practice — not a side service.
How the Channel Program Works
Four steps from opportunity to closeout — built so partner account managers and field project managers stay aligned on every site.
Register the opportunity
Tell your partner account manager about the client and scope. Registered deals are protected — SRS never goes direct.
Scope and price together
We validate site conditions, material, and labor. You get a clean SOW and a fixed quote you can put your margin on.
Mobilize under your brand
White-label optional. Partner-neutral apparel, your paperwork, your logo on the truck roll if you want it.
Track in real time
You and your client get Project Command Center access at app.srsnetworks.com — site photos, tech check-ins, punch list, closeout docs.
How the Field Work Actually Runs
Three things your client will ask you before site one — where the gear goes, who is on the truck, and what you can show them every week.
Gear is pre-staged on the nearer coast, not drop-shipped
Your client's gear does not drop-ship to sites at scale. It ships to our West Coast or East Coast staging facility, whichever is nearer the program, where it is received, asset-tagged, configured, labeled per site, and shipped as a complete kit to a named recipient on a delivery window. Roughly one in six direct-to-site shipments fails on first delivery; pre-staged shipments fail under one in fifty. Below about five sites, drop-ship is fine and we will say so.
How equipment staging and logistics runAn in-house W-2 SRS lead owns every site
An in-house W-2 SRS lead runs every site and owns the standard, the crew, and the closeout package. Coverage density comes from a vetted W-9 subcontractor bench under 24-month agreements with a 150-mile non-compete, working to our runbook and labeling scheme. Every COI — ours and every sub's — is audited in the Project Command Center against the site's limits, additional-insured language, and expiration before a truck rolls. A sub who cannot hold the standard at one site does not get the next one.
Three reports on a cadence, not a Friday spreadsheet
Live: per-site status, tech check-ins, and geo-stamped photos in the Project Command Center at app.srsnetworks.com. Weekly: an automated program report covering completion rate, deployment velocity, open exceptions, and change-order totals, delivered as PDF or CSV. At closeout: the per-site document package, exportable by API into your PSA or ticketing system. Your client sees your dashboard, not ours — co-branded portal or weekly export on your template, your call at kickoff.
What the Project Command Center shows your clientIf your gear changes per site and cannot be kitted, our pre-staging model will not help — direct drop-ship is cheaper. If you need same-day onsite in one metro, a local shop beats us. We are the right call when your bench is thin in a market, the client is multi-state, or the schedule needs more crews than you carry. The same three mechanisms run a nationwide technology rollout and a single-visit moves, adds, and changes work order.
Project Command Center — Your Clients See Everything You See
Every channel partner gets read access to the Project Command Center at app.srsnetworks.com. Live site status, tech check-ins, photo documentation, punch lists, and closeout packages — the same view your delivery manager has, ready to share with your client.
