These Terms of Use govern your use of srsnetworks.com and the content, forms and chat assistant on it (the “Site”), operated by SRS Networks (“SRS Networks,” “we,” “us”).

1. Website only

These Terms cover the Site. SRS Networks services are governed by the separately signed agreements for each engagement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work or purchase order, and our partner programs by the signed partner agreement. Access to the partner portal and client portal is governed by those agreements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Using the Site

By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Site is intended for business users in the United States who are at least 18. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can accept these Terms for it.

3. Our content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the SRS Networks name, belong to SRS Networks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site to evaluate our services. Downloadable templates and tools may be used as their pages describe. Any other use requires our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site in violation of any law;
access the Site by automated means in a way that ignores our robots.txt rules or burdens the Site;
try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or probe or test their security without our written permission;
introduce malicious code or disrupt the Site;
submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam or unlawful content through our forms or chat.

5. Forms, chat and communications

Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form or chatting with us does not create a customer or partner relationship or oblige us to provide services. Chat replies come from an AI assistant and our staff; they are general information, not quotes, commitments or professional advice. Only a signed agreement binds SRS Networks.

SMS Terms – SRS Networks Text Messages

If you opt in, SRS Networks sends text messages about your service request, including appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (866) 224-3636 / partners@srsnetworks.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to and embeds third-party websites and tools, such as our scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE OR CURRENT. SITE CONTENT IS GENERAL INFORMATION, NOT LEGAL, FINANCIAL OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SRS NETWORKS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRS Networks and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right through your use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Site. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continuing to use the Site means you accept the update.
