SRS Networks

Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SRS Networks (“SRS Networks,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through srsnetworks.com, its forms and chat assistant, and the email, phone and text conversations that follow from them.

1. Who we are

SRS Networks is a nationwide enterprise infrastructure deployment company serving businesses and channel partners. Contact details for privacy questions are in section 12.

2. Scope

This policy covers our website and our communications with visitors, prospects and partners. It does not cover information we handle for a customer or partner under a signed agreement, including through our client portal; that agreement governs it.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Forms. Our contact, quote and support requests, partner inquiries, partner portal access requests and resource downloads ask for your name, business email, company and details of your request. Depending on the form, we also ask for your phone number, job title or role, address or city, industry, number of locations, project states, timeline and the kind of relationship you want with us.
  • Text-message consent. If you check the text-message box on a form, we record that you agreed and the exact consent wording you saw.
  • Chat. If you use our “Ask Charlie” chat assistant, we receive the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share.
  • Correspondence. Emails, calls, texts and meetings with our team.

Information collected automatically

  • Form context. With a form we also receive the page you submitted it from, a random submission ID and, when available, how you reached our site: the first page you landed on, the referring website’s domain (not its full address), campaign (UTM) tags and the page where you submitted. Your browser keeps this in the current tab only until you submit. We do not collect it when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived (including campaign tags and ad-click identifiers), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and actions such as starting a form, sending an inquiry or downloading a resource. We strip other query-string data from page addresses, turn off Google signals and ad-personalization signals, and never send form contents to Google Analytics.
  • Visitor identification. We use Apollo.io and Leadfeeder (by Dealfront) to learn which organizations visit our site. Their scripts use cookies, your IP address and the pages you view, and these providers may match that information against their business-contact data to identify your company and, in some cases, you. Apollo’s script also loads code from LiveIntent, an identity-resolution provider. We use the results for sales follow-up. Section 6 explains how to opt out.
  • Server logs. The services that host our website and chat assistant record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Google Analytics cookies distinguish visitors and sessions.
  • Apollo.io and Leadfeeder cookies recognize returning browsers.
  • Session storage holds the form context described above and clears when you close the tab.
  • The chat assistant keeps a conversation token in your browser’s local storage so you can pick up a conversation where you left off.
  • Calendly sets its own cookies if you open the scheduling tool on our RFP template page.
  • If you opt out of sale and sharing, we store srs_optout in local storage and in a one-year first-party cookie so your choice is kept.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Our forms still work if you do.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, quote, partner, portal-access and support requests.
  • To send the text messages you opted in to.
  • For sales follow-up and occasional email about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To understand and improve how our website and marketing perform.
  • To protect our website and forms against spam, fraud and security threats.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. How we share information

Form submissions go to Command Center, SRS Networks’ internal system for managing inquiries, and our team is notified by email. Beyond that, we share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us: website hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), the AI model provider behind our chat assistant, email and text-message delivery, and scheduling (Calendly).
  • Visitor-identification and advertising companies (Apollo.io, LiveIntent and Leadfeeder), as described in section 6.
  • Professional advisors such as accountants, auditors, insurers and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of SRS Networks, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
  • At your direction, when you ask us to share information with someone.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Our website shares identifiers (such as your IP address, cookie IDs and device and browser details) and your browsing activity on our site with Apollo.io, LiveIntent (whose code Apollo’s script loads) and Leadfeeder (by Dealfront), for visitor identification and cross-context behavioral advertising. No money changes hands, but California law can treat this as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

You can opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out: when your browser sends it, or once you opt out, our website does not load these companies’ scripts. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not discriminate against anyone who opts out.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and correspondence records as long as we need them to respond, maintain the business relationship and meet legal, tax and audit obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics and visitor-identification providers keep data for the periods their services set.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

  • Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
  • Cookies and analytics. Block or delete cookies in your browser. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
  • Browser signals. Global Privacy Control opts you out of sale and sharing (section 6). Our form context also stops when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Google Analytics does not change its behavior in response to those signals.

10. California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to get a copy of it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To opt out of sale and sharing, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or turn on Global Privacy Control. To make any other request, email partners@srsnetworks.com or call (866) 224-3636. We will verify your request using information we already hold, and you may use an authorized agent.

11. Children

Our website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we delete it if we learn we have.

12. Changes and contact

When we update this policy, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Questions or requests about this policy:
