Alliance Partner field technician validating resident-safety infrastructure for Nurse Call System Replacement and Modernization
Resident-safety field work coordinated around occupied senior-living environments, caregiver workflows, and documented acceptance requirements.
SRS Networks is a nationwide enterprise infrastructure deployment company headquartered in South San Francisco, California. We coordinate senior-living field programs through our National Partner Alliance vetting process, using Alliance Partner technicians who are W-2 employees of their respective companies.

The business outcome

One accountable program across every community

Senior-living technology crosses resident rooms, care workflows, facilities, IT, security, platform vendors, and local trades. SRS turns those handoffs into a controlled field-delivery program.

Known legacy conditions before equipment is ordered
Reduced cutover risk in occupied care environments
Reuse decisions supported by inspection and testing
One modernization standard across the portfolio

Field scope

What the program can include

Legacy assessment

Inventory panels, servers, stations, call cords, pull stations, corridor lights, cabling, power, interfaces, and accessible pathways.

Reuse analysis

Test candidate pathways and cabling against manufacturer requirements instead of assuming existing infrastructure is serviceable.

Phased replacement

Sequence enabling work, device swaps, head-end migration, temporary procedures, and punch correction around resident care.

Decommissioning

Remove abandoned devices and cable where included, protect retained infrastructure, update labels, and reconcile installed assets.

Delivery model

From discovery to documented handoff

01

Inventory

Build a verified current-state record and identify discontinued, unsupported, or unreliable components.

02

Pilot cutover

Validate reuse, room timing, alert routing, staff coordination, and rollback procedures in a limited area.

03

Migration waves

Move through rooms, wings, or communities using repeatable readiness and acceptance gates.

04

Final reconciliation

Close punch items, reconcile serials and locations, and deliver final as-built and exception records.

Scope boundaries stated before dispatch

  • Legacy compatibility must be verified by the selected manufacturer
  • Temporary resident-response procedures require operator approval
  • Restricted software migration requires authorized personnel
  • Removed equipment handling is defined in the project scope

Nationwide execution

SRS Networks serves the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. One SRS project team coordinates readiness, scheduling, qualified Alliance Partner field resources, documentation, and escalation across the program.

Frequently asked questions
