Alliance Partner field technician validating resident-safety infrastructure for Assisted Living Nurse Call System Installation
Resident-safety field work coordinated around occupied senior-living environments, caregiver workflows, and documented acceptance requirements.
SRS Networks is a nationwide enterprise infrastructure deployment company headquartered in South San Francisco, California. We coordinate senior-living field programs through our National Partner Alliance vetting process, using Alliance Partner technicians who are W-2 employees of their respective companies.

The business outcome

One accountable program across every community

Senior-living technology crosses resident rooms, care workflows, facilities, IT, security, platform vendors, and local trades. SRS turns those handoffs into a controlled field-delivery program.

Reliable call initiation from resident rooms and bathrooms
Consistent installation across multi-community portfolios
Documented devices, cabling, and acceptance results
Planned cutovers that protect resident response coverage

Field scope

What the program can include

System discovery

Document the incumbent platform, device locations, pathways, interfaces, deficiencies, and requirements for an authorized manufacturer.

Infrastructure

Install approved cabling, pathways, power, network connections, room stations, bathroom pull stations, corridor indicators, and related edge devices.

Cutover support

Sequence rooms and care areas, maintain agreed temporary response procedures, track punch items, and coordinate activation with the platform authority.

Acceptance records

Capture device inventories, room-by-room results, photos, labels, test evidence, and exceptions for operator and vendor review.

Delivery model

From discovery to documented handoff

01

Survey

Inspect the installed system and validate drawings, room types, occupied-area constraints, and reuse candidates.

02

Pilot

Prove mounting, wiring, alert paths, cutover sequencing, and closeout requirements in a controlled area.

03

Install

Deploy by wing, floor, or community while coordinating access and resident-care schedules.

04

Handoff

Complete approved functional checks with the authorized platform party and deliver the agreed records.

Scope boundaries stated before dispatch

  • UL 2560 and UL 1069 serve different intended environments
  • Manufacturer-restricted programming requires authorization
  • Clinical response procedures remain the operator's responsibility
  • Requirements must be confirmed for each state and facility type

Nationwide execution

SRS Networks serves the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. One SRS project team coordinates readiness, scheduling, qualified Alliance Partner field resources, documentation, and escalation across the program.

Frequently asked questions

SRS provides surveys, approved cabling and device installation, network readiness, replacement labor, site coordination, testing support, and closeout documentation. Product selection, restricted programming, and clinical workflow approval remain with the authorized parties identified for the project.
