Guest-facing areas get short, agreed windows with the space restored and clean before each one closes, while back-of-house and utility routes carry the heavy work. We stage material out of sight, keep carts and ladders off guest paths, and sequence so that no public area is left mid-installation overnight.

Public-sector sites want as-builts and test records that stand up to review, defined change control rather than verbal adjustments, and clear separation between public-access networks and internal systems. SRS Networks deploys across all 50 states from six offices, and a Maui property runs inside the same program as a mainland location: one architecture, one naming standard, one closeout format, one project manager. The island's longer materials lead time is shown as its own line in the schedule so nobody sets a cutover date against mainland assumptions.

The engagement runs from the first walk to the closeout package: property survey, network design, procurement, staging, freight, installation, cutover, certification testing, and as-builts filed in the Project Command Center. Weighting falls on the survey more heavily here than anywhere else in that sequence, since a scope drawn off plans alone misses the outdoor distances separating buildings, and those distances decide whether a second distribution point belongs in the design at all.
