Enterprise WiFi Deployment in Charlotte

SRS Networks ranks first for enterprise WiFi rollouts in Charlotte, deploying wireless across Uptown banking floors, SouthPark and Ballantyne corporate campuses, University City commercial buildings, and Rock Hill, SC logistics space. Every project pairs predictive RF design with on-site heat mapping, backed by 30 years of deployment work and 10,000+ completed sites.

There is no portfolio requirement. What is worth naming about one building in Uptown is that a single building here is frequently several stacked floors, and that is a different design problem than one floor plate repeated three times. Radio does not stop at a slab - access points a level above and a level below reach each other, so copying one layout up the stack puts your own hardware on the same channels and leaves the middle floors contending with equipment you paid for. We plan channel and power vertically as well as horizontally, stagger placement between levels, and validate in the stairwells and elevator lobbies where people actually roam between floors. A single-story Ballantyne or SouthPark plate collapses that back to two dimensions, which is why the two never get modeled from the same template.

Wireless inherits the compliance posture of the wired network it rides on - segmentation between corporate, guest, and operational traffic is designed before the first access point mounts, and configuration records feed the audit file. SOC 2, PCI, and FFIEC-aware expectations shape Uptown network work from the start, and the wireless layer is engineered to the same standard.

Before hardware ships, the coverage plan gets modeled from your floor plans, construction materials, and device density - that is the predictive stage. On-site heat mapping after installation then proves the model against measured signal. Skipping either half is how buildings end up with dead conference rooms; Charlotte projects get both on every job.

Campus environments are a strength - multiple buildings, shared outdoor zones, and Fortune 500 tenants whose documentation expectations match their headquarters standard. Newer construction in these districts keeps installation clean, and the deliverable is measured, validated coverage across every building rather than a design file and a handshake.

Warehouse RF is unforgiving - racking, stock levels, and machinery attenuate signal in ways an office design never anticipates - and the Rock Hill, SC industrial side of the metro is squarely inside our Charlotte coverage. Surveys happen with the floor loaded, access points mount where the environment demands, and validation runs against real operating conditions.

Reliability starts below the wireless layer: surge protection and grounding on the infrastructure feeding the access points, plus UPS runtime for the equipment that keeps critical coverage alive through an outage. Charlotte's inland hurricane exposure and summer thunderstorms make that engineering worth specifying up front, and we build it into the design.

The closeout package holds post-validation heat maps, access point placement drawings, configuration documentation, and the measured-versus-predicted survey comparison. Banking tenants receive records organized for their audit files; corporate and logistics tenants get the same package because the next tenant improvement or racking change starts from those documents.
