One building is fine, and there is no rollout requirement sitting behind it. A Meridian reference building can supply useful installation records for a wider wireless program, but the customer RF owner must approve each subsequent design. SRS can reuse the equipment naming and field handoff format while installing released APs and cabling. SSIDs, channels, surveys and controller settings stay with the designated specialist rather than being inferred from a staged shipment.

Someone walks the building with a survey rig and measures it. What gets measured in the Treasure Valley usually includes ground the design tool never modeled well: the yard and dock apron on an agribusiness campus, and the line-of-sight shots between foothills and North End properties sitting at elevations the flat valley floor never presents. Roaming is tested by walking the path a person or a scanner actually takes, not by standing under each access point. Numbers land in the closeout package, and because the crew is Boise-based, a site that misses target gets a return visit rather than a remobilization from out of state.
