Channel Partner Program

The Field Arm for Energy Product Vendors

You built a product that reduces consumption or cleans up power quality. Your customer wants that demonstrated on their own building, in every market they operate. We measure it before, coordinate the installation, and measure it again on the same methodology — under your brand, without ever touching your customer relationship.

SRS Networks is the white-label field deployment partner for energy-efficiency and power-quality product manufacturers, ESCOs, and demand-response vendors selling into multi-site accounts. We provide nationwide baseline electrical measurement, installation coordination through licensed electrical partners, and matching post-installation verification on one methodology across every site in the portfolio.

SRS Networks is a nationwide enterprise infrastructure deployment contractor headquartered in South San Francisco, California, serving multi-site enterprises and channel partners since 1996. Energy and power-quality vendors engage SRS the same way MSPs, VARs, and integrators do through the channel partner program — as a white-label field arm that executes under the partner brand and never sells to the partner customer.

Four Things That Kill a Multi-Site Energy Deal

The customer wants proof, not a datasheet

A modeled savings estimate closes a pilot. It does not close a 200-site rollout with a CFO attached. What closes that is a measured baseline and a matching post-installation measurement on the customer own facility.

Your install network stops at the state line

The regional electrician who nailed the pilot cannot follow the account to eleven other states. Requalifying an electrical contractor per market, per project, is where a national deal quietly dies.

Forty electricians produce forty report formats

Different instruments, different measurement points, different window lengths. The portfolio number cannot be assembled from them, and the first serious question from the customer takes the whole claim apart.

Self-measuring undercuts your own claim

When the vendor supplies the product and the measurement, a skeptical facilities director discounts the result. An independent party holding the instrument is worth more than a better instrument.

What We Run, Site by Site

The full sequence, or whichever pieces you need. Some vendors hand us the whole program; some already install and only want the measurement to come from an independent party.

Baseline measurement

A licensed electrical partner records the pre-installation log at the agreed measurement points, on an instrument that meets a written capability specification and carries a current calibration certificate.

Installation coordination

Where the scope includes putting your product in, we coordinate the electrical work, the site access, and the schedule. Where you install it yourself, we sequence our windows around yours.

Post-installation measurement

Same points, same instrument specification, same window length, scheduled after commissioning so the recording reflects steady-state operation rather than startup.

Per-site tracking and reporting

Every site tracked through the Project Command Center with its own data set and report. Your team sees progress across the portfolio without chasing individual electricians for PDFs.

We Do Not Sell What You Sell

SRS does not manufacture, distribute, or resell energy products. We have no competing line to steer your customer toward and no reason to be in the room when you are negotiating. That is the same posture we hold with every channel partner, and it is written into the agreement as non-solicitation rather than left as a promise.

It also means the measurement is worth something. When the vendor supplies both the product and the proof, a skeptical facilities director applies a discount to the number. When an independent contractor with no stake in the outcome holds the instrument, the number survives scrutiny — including when it shows no meaningful change, which we report unchanged.

Program terms

  • White-label — our crews represent your program, not ours
  • Non-solicitation of your end customers, written into the agreement
  • One methodology specification applied at every site in the portfolio
  • Licensed electrical partners credentialed per state, verified before dispatch
  • COI, W-9, and background-check status confirmed ahead of mobilization
  • Fixed-fee per-site pricing so portfolio economics stay predictable
  • NET 30 terms
  • Per-site documentation delivered as work completes, not bundled at the end

The same terms behind our white-label deployment work. If the scope also touches cabling, network, or power infrastructure, see commercial electrical services.

Partner Program Questions

Three things, in whatever combination you need. Baseline electrical measurement before your product goes in, installation coordination through licensed electrical partners, and a matching post-installation measurement on the same methodology. Some vendors hand us the whole sequence; others already install and only want the measurement to come from a party with no stake in the result.

Bring Us the Site List. Keep the Account.

Mutual NDA first, then a pilot group before the full portfolio is committed. A partner manager, not a sales queue, works the scope with you.
